Ovulation pains but shouldnt be ovulationg?

I have nexplanon inplant so I shudnt be ovulating but got all the same pains n knots I usually get around ovulation very strange.... does anyone know why?

Im awaiting Lap to confirm but consultant suspects endo and my symptoms are mainly bowel related.
