I am having so many issues this month’s ovulation 😫
Does anyone else get the following:
Heavy, dull ache constantly all month
Constipation during ovulation
Nausea
Tiredness
Bad mood swings
Back ache
Sharp severe pains
It seems rotating at golf is making the sharp pains worse and I have a major tournament this week.
Any help or advice would be amazing 💕 thank you
Do you have endo? I had terrible ovulation pains on my right side for years before I was eventually diagnosed. I was convinced it was endo on my ovary but that was fine. It was endo on the utero sacral ligament which if you look where there that is was probably what was causing the pain. I was fine for ages after lap and ablation but I think it’s come back now. I’m holding off on another lap unless I really have to but I find osteopathy can help as the muscles are normally very tight in that area especially as you tense with the pain. It helps with constipation too which I always have. Other than that, heat, relaxing and stretching might help. And painkillers too if v bad although that can make the constipation worse.
I have endo and get ovulation pain so thought it was on my ovaries but mine are fine too, I also have it on the uterosacral ligament x
I’ll have a look but should I tell my surgeon before the surgery as well so he can check? xx
They check everywhere but my surgeon did ask for my symptoms when he came to see me before surgery xx
I have my lap in 2 weeks but my gynae thinks it’s endo as I have other symptoms
Yes I’m the Same that’s endo for you I’m afraid trying to exercise and heat can often help x
I go to the gym everyday haha xx
