Ovulation bleeding

I've been bleeding for the last 5 days and today it's got a lot heavier, I know spotting is normal but this is much more than that. Not sure what to do!

I get this every month, heavy heavy bleeding with clots for 4 days before I ovulate and the pain that comes with it is horrific. I don’t have any advice unfortunately but you’re not alone with it 🙁

not officially no, I saw gyn for an appointment in 2020 but they discharged me for refusing treatment (I asked for time to consider the coil) and I wasn’t referred again for over a year due to my gp who assured me I had been. Gyn suspected I have endometriosis and I paid for a private ultrasound which suggested adenomyosis as well, but I’m not sure if either of these conditions explain heavy ovulation bleeding. When I brought this up to my gp she brushed this off as normal when I’m aware it very much is not. Through unsuccessful fertility treatment and regular blood testing with them I know that I have chronically high estrogen levels and I don’t know if that could explain it? It’s draining

I spot and get some blood in ovulation mucus. This has only been the last year or so. I have endometriosis and have been going through ivf. My clinic aren’t bothered. Someone else has posted about this recently, you’re definitely not alone. My consultant did say as it’s ovulation time it’s when the egg is released, so things are going on in there 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’m also going through IVF and this last few days I’ve also had spotting and pain round ovulation! I’ve had the spotting before but not for Somtime and not with the tummy ache tbh ! I’m wondering if the IVF has made it worse! I’ve had a failed cycle and I’m due to start one this cycle (next week!) but not I’m worried with the spotting! I’ve not been diagnosed with endi , but I’m convinced I have it after looking up symptoms etc!

I guess all the hormones etc can kick things off. Every cycle can be different etc. but my clinic aren’t worried. Its annoying on cycles when you try naturally and in my head bleeding shouldn’t be a good sign. But who really knows! x

it’s good the clinic aren’t worried. I might call them on Monday and get a scan booked just to check for fibroids etc. i know they won’t be able to see any signs of endo on ultra sound but I guess they could check for others x

Gosh, very sorry to hear that. It is physically and mentally draining, especially when people don't listen to you! I'm currently on the waiting list for lapcsopothy, and have an emergency appointment with gynecology tomorrow. Hopefully I get some answers, but I'm not counting my chickens! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

I don’t have bleeding but I’m very uncomfortable for about a week with ovulation. Everything is very heavy and bloated. I have cysts on my ovaries? Maybe get and ultrasound.
