Post-surgery bleeds

Hi there, I'm sure this has been asked a million times, so apologies for that!

I had my first laparoscopy 10 days ago, removing a large endometriotic cyst from one ovary, and other tissue excised from ovary, Pouch of Douglas and uterosacral ligaments.

Since surgery I've had bleeding every day - only around 5ml or so - however as it's now approaching over 10 days I wondered how long I may expect this to last? My periods are usually 8 days so this is getting long even by my standards, but I know that any impact on ovaries etc can have a knock-on effect on hormones.

Before I start to freak myself out just thought I'd see what others had experienced and when it may be a concern!
