Period pains despite tricycling the pill?

Hello All, Does anyone else continue to experience period pains during the 3rd week of their pill pack even though they tricycle and are not due a pill break? Diagnosed with stage 3+ endo prior to lap in July 2017. Took Loestrin until supply dried up, then switched to a progesterone only for nearly a year, then started on Yasmin last January. Conveniently, I also have a separate hip problem (impingement and labral tear) and basically all my pain (pelvic and back) seems to kick off in the last 7 days of my pill pack regardless of whether I start another pack or break, as though I am getting ready to bleed. Just wondering if this resonates with anyone else.

Cheers
