After an onset of excruciating symptoms for a year and a misscarrige and diagnosis of endo by an endometriosis specialist I changed my diet to an all endo diet and also looked into asprin therapy for endometriosis patients.this served me well although I'd advise people to do some research themselves into this as this is just my experience!

I've not had a laprascopy I tried as much as I could naturally I never gave up and tried everything I could from research and I also challenged some gynaecologist and doctors who tried to say I didn't have endo it took a lot of guts but endo took a lot away from me I couldn't walk properly and needed aids to pick things up im blessed to be having this miracle a little girl I don't want to upset anyone but Give hope I believe my endo started after having a previous c section so I can only imagine what it's like for those who had it as young girls sending baby dust to those trying

Peanuts are protein, see trying to find a good reason 😆

As long as the main bar was a good make, quality makes all the difference 🙄

Sainsbury’s taste the difference have bought in a couple of bars dairy and gluten free, the salted caramel is one of the best types I’ve tried. Even if it’s only one or two squares a day 😫, after op should increase 🤣!

Congratulations. I have been following your progress for a while. I also had my bfp in June and my little miracle is due February 15th. I’m still can’t believe it after being diagnosed with stage 4 endo having surgery in February to remove the endo and being told I have a blocked tube. I thank my lucky stars every day miracles do happen.
