Depo Injection

Hi, I got my depo jag on Monday and started bleeding last night (Wednesday) should it happen that quickly? Anyone else experienced this? Just before this I was on Desogestrel and 5mg Norethisterone to stop me from bleeding daily.

Hi I had a bleed when I had my first injection, after my second injection I didn’t bleed but still got period pain when it was supposed to be due, had my 3rd and last injection on December 12th 2019 and still not had a period. I think it is normal with the first one but after second one it’s really in your system and for me it stopped my bleeding.

Hi, thank you so much. The nurse did say I may bleed but I didn’t think so soon after getting it. Thank you - I’m glad it is working for you!
