ContainsDesogestrel (0.15 mg) + Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) femilon. unmarried girl

I'm 24 years old girl and unmarried. I have done laparoscopic surgery on last SEP 29 ( 9 cm ovarian Cyst) I have endometriosis. Dienogest twice a day 2mg Oct to April end. 2 cm residual cyst cured at that time. Then stated femilon Contains Desogestrel (0.15 mg) + Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg)tab 63 day continuously without break. Then stop again taken on my third day of period.my first 63 days continuously without break are all fine. My second 63 days continuously without break slightly spotting brown discharge and white discharge with blood and blood colour very rarely. Now third 63 days continuously without break plan started on 5 sep on 4.30pm every day 8 SEP spotting red colour,9 sep spotting red colour peanut size blood not clots 10 SEP 2 pepper size clots in morning so I taken femilon on 11 am ( 5hours before) again spotting in evening blood colour but non sticky blood. Now my problem is spotting during femilon. Some time abdominal pain at night. Now I completed 5 femilon tab. Tab taken every day and same time without missing. Tab taken on 4th day of period. Please if any one have this problem please answer me unmarried girl
