I'm 24 year old girl and single (virgin). My weight is 43kg. Last year I had laparoscopic surgery on September for 9cm ovarian Cyst (endometriosis). I used dinogest 2mg mini pill but mini pill doesn't suitable for me (bleeding during mini pill). So changed to combination pill Composition: Desogestrel 2 MG + Ethinyl Estradiol 0.02 MG. Suitable for me. It can be taken back to back 63days continuously then break. But some time spotting during 21 pill. I had more pain before laparoscopic surgery. But now pain is reduced.but one more thing now i feel my abdominal is pain continuously some time after laparoscopic surgery but pain is moderate. I think my abdominal muscles is week after laparoscopic. My problem is over bleeding at period time and over abdominal pain, anus pain. Before laparoscopic i walked capital L shape you write capital L back (during abdominal pain). Please tell me good combination pill for single. I'm didn't marriage throughout life. I'm totally missed my childhood days. Now i need good tablet for heavy bleeding and abdominal pain. Please tell me chemical name like composition. Thank you

Hormonal treatment for endometriosis is extremely subjective. There is not best combination. Obviously 2mg of dienogest is always preferable, but if you had to change because you couldn't stand that dosage, that's perfectly fine. Only the OB/GYN can help you find the best for you.

If you are in this much pain after surgery I suggest you get a second opinion with a BSGE-certified EXCISION surgeon soon because maybe some endometriosis was missed during the first laparoscopy.

Best of luck!

No, an experienced surgeon can remove the endometriosis from the intestine. Please research a competent endometriosis specialist.

Yes, the uterus can be sticking to the intestine. The ovaries and tubes can be sticking as well. With endometriosis, anything can happen. But a great surgeon will fix everything, even a uterus sticking to the intestine. I don't know whether a uterus sticking to the intestine would show up on the scan but a capable endo specialist would see it

Hi it’s not an good idea to self diagnose

Like others said here u need a good endo specialist . Just google and see who are the top gynaecologist in your area. If not then I would suggest going to delhi or any other metropolitan cities near you . U need to be monitored with ur medications. They need to see which medication will best suit your symptoms. There’s no other way .

I'm not taken tablet without prescription. Gynecologist prescribed me femilon tablet continuously without break for 63 days. Yearly only 4 times period. I'm used Femilon on my 12 aged (childhood days). Now my age in 24 old and unmarried.

Yes but u need to find a good gynaecologist who will try new medications for you . Femilon is good but if it’s not suiting u anymore u need to be seen by a good gynaecologist. There are loads of different medications with different combinations. So that’s why u need to be monitored. All of d medications have side effects . And see which suits u best .

Just because u r in femilon doesn’t mean that the endo will not come back. Unfortunately it’s a very dodgy disease . It can always come back . All d best x
