Hi Guys.. So I had my lap on the 14th June, they also interred a coil - from the minute I woke up I was bleeding... this lasted 18 days (coil decided to come out on day 15). I had 3 weeks of NO bleeding 🥳 the longest it’s been in 3 years 💅🏻. Period started three days ago, it’s awfully heavy but that’s normal for me although I am now passing HUGE clots and in a lot of pain, changing a night time pad every 45mins/hour / any tips on how to calm it down abit?!
