Buserelin : How long until it works?

I'm in week 3 of my, pre oophorectomy, 3 month stint and so far, though I've had no side effects, I've also not noticed any relief at all.

I've been scouring the internet for information but I can't find out how long the drug takes to kick in.

The leaflet is next to useless and I don't want to have to phone my endo nurse unless absolutely necessary.

I'm using the nasal spray.

If anyone has had any experience, could you let me know how long it took until you noticed any positive signs.
