Migraines, high blood pressure and big decision to make re- surgery

Does anyone experience migraines and high blood pressure with constant headache the rest of the time while on Zoladex, Kliovance and other medications?

Have been on Zoladex 3 months, Kliovance 2 months (after lot of migraines on Femosten).

Last few weeks the migraines have started up and now have home monitor for blood pressure as high.

I am desperate to feel well. The GP can't give a quick answer and meanwhile I keep suffering.

Next week, I have to decide whether to have a bowel resection, surgery on ureters, hysterectomy, removal of one ovary and excision of as much of superficial and deep disease as possible wth MDT involved. Risks I don't want to face but can't cope with feeling like this either. I still have constant pain/discomfort from the endo but much calmer than was before started Zoladex so it is a catch 22 situation. I don't know what will happen medication wise if I don't have the next op. Had one in Jan. Long recovery. Still on Naproxen, Omeprazole and Gabapentin. Take paracetamol too.

I am desperate for advice and to know what others have experienced.

I would brave it and have the surgery, you can't continue in this much pain. Good luck x
