I'm starting to get worried about my bleeding (again).
Long story: In November I bled for 3 days, had a gap of 2 days, then bled for 18 days straight. This made me go to the Spire centre near me and the Gynae there referred me to himself on NHS and said I would need a Laparoscopy if my symptoms didn't improve when I tried Provera tablets. My 28 days of Provera in January drove me crazy and gave me spotting throughout. In February then I began another 18 day bleed once returning to my regular birth control that I was on since October (Cilest). End of March I had my laparoscopy which was inconclusive and suggests that I should be healthy but I'm not. I had a horrible period afterwars so was advised to keep taking my pill without breaks because of how severe my first period was after the lap. I've been taking my pill ever since without breaks and have been on 2 holidays since then. During my second holiday 2 weeks ago, I began bleeding on the second day. I still haven't stopped and this is my 13th day of cramps and bleeding - tmi: its bright red blood not old blood. I'm fed up and it doesnt seem to stop. When I get turned on, stressed or get upset, the bleeding gets even worse!
Tl;dr: I haven't stopped bleeding for 13 days. I've previously had 18 day bleeds. I haven't been diagnosed with Endo but not sure whats happening.
Any idea what I can do to help it?
Any idea why I'm still bleeding - not sure why it was happening before either?
Should I just wait until I see my gynae on July 30th and enquire then?
xx

I'm not much help I'm afraid but my bleeding is over 2 weeks long too. I also bleed from my rectum. Just wanted you to know you're not alone and that my lap was neg too. I hope you get some answers at your appointment and hopefully a plan of action next. Keep a diary of bleeding and pain etc to take with you xx
Thank you, its hard isnt it. Ive just had a colonoscopy and its really effected my pelvis and the pain has been awful again. Let us know how you get on x
I’m very similar to you... I’ve just had a bleed for 14 days and have had my lap with no endo found. After the two weeks I took mefenamic acid for the pain and it was probably a coincidence but it stopped almost straight away. My bleeding was extremely heavy. I tried tranexamic acid but that slows my bleeding down then make it worse and heavier as soon as i stops. I never know when I will start bleeding. Last year I bled for 9 months straight.
I have constant pelvic pain at the moment too. Not having any answers is so stressful and worrying I understand how you feel 😒. I hve a GP appointment this week but not holding out much hope. I don’t know what to do either. 😣. Hope your bleeding stops soon. X
