Adhesions

I’ve been reading up about endo and adhesions and I’ve seen online that there are certain massage therapies which can break down adhesions. I was told I had a lot of adhesions which were removed during my lap but I feel like they are back. Can anyone recommend a good therapist or anything in the Merseyside area?

I am not sure about therapists in your area. But I've been recommended castor oil packs, which are meant to help with this. You can do them at home or there are therapists that do them. There's a special massage technic too to help break down the tissue and ease inflammation.

Do you know where I could buy caster oil packs?

I have bought a bottle of castor oil from Amazon and just can use old towels or clothes. The packs are quite expensive for what you get. But if you look on Amazon, ebay or Etsy I've seen them. Then YouTube the castor oil massage and there's a lady that shows you how to do the massage at home. One of my good friends has tried it and it's helped her get pregnant. So it's worth a go.
