2 weeks post lap number 2 and mirena insertion and getting horrendous 'endo' pain

I'm 2 weeks post lap number 2 for the treatment of stage 3 endometriosis and insertion of mirena.

Never previously had the mirena before.

1st week I was fine and managed to come off all pain killers (was on tramadol in hospital then ibuprofen and co codamol at home.

2nd week however I'm in horrendous endo type pain particularly around the area I would class as my bladder (feels like it'

It feels like that whole lower area is being crushed. The pain comes and goes but takes my breath away and makes me double over.

If I hadn't have just had surgery where they removed endo I'd just accept it was the endo but 2 weeks after they 'removed it all' and inserted something to reduce the pain this doesn't seem right?

Any thoughts ??
