Probably a trivial thing but my belly button is weirdly shaped since the op and I wondered if it will always be mishapen or will settle back in....

Did your belly button go back to normal?

Mine seems to have been stitched with an extra fold.

It was very small before but is now so tiny I can’t put a finger in even.

It’s still swollen a bit so hoping it goes normal again

Same...it has another fold. It's a smaller hole now and finger doesn't fit in. Still sensitive so not going to poke around and try and reshape it...yet 😂

Sounds weird that we’re bothered what our belly buttons look like. But just seems weird to be so tiny. Not saying we need to get our fingers in but I don’t know, shouldn’t we be able to get our finger in? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey!!

So I was worried about the same thing with my bellybutton. Once it is healed and it smooths over you can’t even tell. My bellybutton looks the same as it ever did!

I even had another operation and they reopened the same incision... and even now it looks fine. It just takes some time! You could have some surgical glue making it look extra funky right now but it will go away!
