Laparoscopic surgery is used to confirm endometriosis. During the surgery they can remove the endometriosis. This is usually a temporary fix, because it can grow back.
You could try using a hormonal birth control. Even if you are not sexually actively, the hormones in the birth control can help reduce the pain that you are experiencing every month. A lot of women find this very helpful.
A hot water bottle, or warm heat pad, on your abdomen can also help with the painful cramps.
I am already using warm bottle for relaxation in pain. Also changed my diet to only organic food, mostly fruits and vegetables. But still i experience severe pain for atleast 10 days per month. Have anyone recovered from endo? Is there any permanant solution?
