I am taking medicines but not much improvement is there. I am not married. My age is 29. I am CA finalist and since so many years i am unable to Study and to do a job.

Hello, I'm so glad you found this forum.

Laparoscopic surgery is used to confirm endometriosis. During the surgery they can remove the endometriosis. This is usually a temporary fix, because it can grow back.

You could try using a hormonal birth control. Even if you are not sexually actively, the hormones in the birth control can help reduce the pain that you are experiencing every month. A lot of women find this very helpful.

A hot water bottle, or warm heat pad, on your abdomen can also help with the painful cramps.

Thank you dear

I also donot want to go for Leproscopy.

I am already using warm bottle for relaxation in pain. Also changed my diet to only organic food, mostly fruits and vegetables. But still i experience severe pain for atleast 10 days per month. Have anyone recovered from endo? Is there any permanant solution?
