Post lap ovulation bleeding

Hey everyone,

I had my lap a week before my period and now I'm ovulating, all of yesterday I had horrible pain abit like before the lap and i was bleeding I don't know if it counts as spotting because all though it wasn't hitting a pad it was bride red with little clots? (Sorry tmi) I have a docs appointment tomorrow but I just want to know if anyone else experienced this?
