Little buldge at the wound

Hello everyone. i had my 2nd lap 2 weeks ago. They removed some endometriosis plus fitted the mirena coil. The pain has been constant since the op but its subsiding. Brown spotting in the first week, bright red blood after each visit to toilet. On painkillers mostly but less. Wounds heald nicely however yesterday i happened to sneeze uncontrollably so couldnt protect my abdominal area and a sharp stabbing pain occured at one if the wounds. This side has been tender and kind off "pulling" since. This morning I noticed a little buldge by the wound which feels very uncomfortable when touched. Has any one experienced anything like that after a lap? Could it be incisional hernia, or its beginning?

Many thanks x
