I'm kicking myself atm for how I'm feeling. I'm currently have cystistat once a week, where they inject it straight into the bladder because since my lap in July I can't kick the symptoms of a UTI. Now thought my endo has kicked off again I've for pain daily and the fatigue is so intense, I do have a gynae appointment a week Monday but I feel at the end of my tether and just so low like it's taken over my life again. I work full time and really struggle with the hours and am struggling to do much at the weekend now too. Sorry this post is so negative, just needed to get it off my chest xxx

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time at the moment.
I experienced something similar a couple of years ago. I've had a lot of gynae surgery and have lots of adhesions. I had been having occasional UTIs for several years but I then had a couple of months where I had back to back infections - terribly painful, not very responsive to antibiotics and a feeling of being really unwell. Eventually I was admitted to hospital as an emergency with renal colic. To cut a long story short, I was diagnosed with a stone, but subsequent imaging showed an ovarian cyst growing on a tissue remnant which was pressing on and causing a narrowing in my ureter, giving the appearance of and symptoms of a stone. I too had the same bladder infusions you have had which did help a lot, but it was an awful time, and I had a surgical procedure to widen the ureter before I could get anyone to listen and consider that the problem could be to do with my underlying condition. I read so often on here of people having urinary tract problems associated with their endo and I would urge you to discuss this possibility with your doctor. Other than that, I can only tell you what worked for me - plenty of fluids, plenty of rest, hefty antibiotics.
Good luck, hope it goes well at your next appointment
It does seem to go hand in hand, endometriosis and urinary problems. I'm seeing a urologist and gynaecologist next week so will talk about it with them. Feeling like I've been beaten up inside atm definitely need the rest.
