I have also experienced this. Doctors have told me it’s a migraine but I’m convinced it’s due to my endo as always comes on around ovulation and around the time of period.

it may be something else like inner ear imbalance but endo is also a cause. I’ve had it for over 10 years. Before menopause it was cyclical. Got it frequently but worse at ovulation and period. Not found anything that helps yet. I got it diagnosed as a symptom at bgse.

I suffer to the point I do actually pass out. I have a high pain threshold and it happens when I'm in severe pain x

Yes I do, but I also have problems with my ears being painful too so think that's all linked x

I get dizziness that caused me to fall over due to low blood pressure. Not sure endo is involved but my doctor prescribed me to drink more water like 3 liters a day and said doing simple exercises where you lift heal to toes and then back down one foot at a time alternating. Apparently that helps to prevent fainting by moving blood around. Figured I would share incase it helps you or anyone else 😊

Also I find doing pilates has also helped reduce the frequency of my dizzy spells. Gentle exercises 😁

They aren't gone completely but all these things combined have helped reduce the frequency and severity. Though I do have moments where I just have to go lie down due to being so dizzy it's not as bad as it used to be.

That being said I'm not saying people should definitely drink 3 litres of water just because I do. Doctors advice is always a good idea to get in person first. I mentioned me drinking more water to someone in front of a nurse and she said I shouldn't be doing that 😅 that too much water is bad, not sure why.

I have just been diagnosed with early stage endo but have been struggling with migraines, vertigo (overall a lot of dizziness) for the past few years. Whilst lots of things can cause dizziness, I feel that my symptoms are all related to endo. My suggestion would be when having a dizzy spell try to make yourself safe slowly (lay down, sit down etc). I have also been on anti nausea medication and the GP suggested brandt daroff exercises which I found helped me

I have suspected endo with my first laparoscopy at the end of this month and I have also been really struggling with dizziness and brain fog. I've been logging it and it is always with ovulation and the week before my period, no idea if it's linked to endo but it makes me feel really spaced out and weird, never felt anything like it! Also suffer with migraines. Sorry it's no help to what it is but thought I'd share similar symptoms!
