Lap/period

Hello everyone. Need some advice. I had a lap done abt 6weeks ago. Took five weeks to get back to normal. Now just abit confused abt my period. This is nw my 2nd period from lap and lasted 1 day and nw 3rd day its come back, but not really like a period only wen i wipe i hav blood. My period b4 lap was quite normal lasted 3-4days and bleed for thoses days. Never had this type of issue with my periods b4. I had my lap for fertility issues and they found mild endo in my intestine and bladder. Has anyone else had issues with thete period starting or stopping? Ive done pregnancy text and came up negative as thought it mayb implatation bleeding. But it came up negative.
