Hiya, I swear by Berocca with Guyana(?) it gives you a great boost. I use it for two weeks at a time and then have a few days rest as there can be a lot of sugar in these things. My energy levels are drastically improved by a milkshake containing a banana, milk, a spoonful of peanut butter and a spoonful of oats all whizzed up together xxx
Have you had a blood test to check if you have anemia? Anemia can make you really tired and it is common for endo sufferers. Your GP should be able to do a blood test for it. I felt really tired the past few months but I have made changes in my diet (more fruit and veg and no gluten) and started taking iron supplements and noticed an improvement. This cycle my energy levels have been normal, hoping they will stay ike this xx

A lot of people like myself tend to be Vitamin D deficient causing tiredness. I now take daily supplements from Holland&Barrett and that is helping. I advise you ask your GP to do your bloods. Good luck. Xox
Yes, I'd get your iron levels checked. I now take high potency iron tablets and have seen a huge improvement. Another positive effect is that my periods are lighter too while taking iron (although the pain is the same). I also take berocca a few days before and during my period. A couple of bananas a day seems to help a bit too.
I take B100 on a time release to boost my energy as well as a iron supplement. Seems to work
