Hi, I've found tyrosine taken on empty stomach, as its an amino acid, helps for fatigue, brain fog etc. N acetyl cysteine another amino acid can help. Lots on you tube. All stuff like nutrition, gut health, probiotics.

hey there! Hope you are well! For me a very low carb diet and generally lower calorie intake works very well. I notice the difference when I do eat for a couple of days more carbs and more in general and I feel really tired for the next couple of days. Does the tiredness relate with endo? I asked once to a gynae and they told me that had nothing to do but as well, she didn’t look very specialised in the matter.

Thank you, i will look into this! Yes, i think it definitely relates, before and during my period im terrible and cannot stop napping and if i have a pelvic pain im generally exhausted, reading online, fatigue is mentioned fairly often but no one seems to have any answers 😊

Yes, it makes total sense it is related because I am normally a very energetic person and just the week before my period is due to come, I am completely exhausted! I just manage to drag myself around and do as little as possible! I think for me is the worst symptom (I am of course lucky that I don’t suffer that much pain as others). But yes, diet totally improves this a lot. I hope you find they key that works for you to feel better! All the best!

If you can afford to see a nutritionist who specialises in this area to get some specific advice for your situation that would be ideal. I take NAC as mentioned by allerton and have made other changes to my diet such as increasing anti oxidants, eating enough protein, leafy greens, gut health stuff and other supplements but the advice should really be specifically catered to you, for example I’ve had bloods taken to check levels of iron etc. I see Jessica Childs women’s health.
