Hi all
Has anyone got any tips or advice to help with the tiredness? I feel constantly exhausted and fall asleep at the drop of a hat.

Hi all

I wish I knew! I too suffer with terrible fatigue. I eat very healthily and try to get enough sleep, rest as much as I can, often cancelling plans to have as much rest time as possible. And yet still cannot shake it!
Sounds a bit contradicting but exercise really helps me.
Unfortunately I'm normally too sore or too doped up on pain med to do it much.
The thought of it exhausts me but once I do it, I feel much much better!! X
I too feel constantly tired - regardless of how much sleep I get. It's definitely worse after I have been very active - but avoiding too much activity helps keep it constant at least :/
It's rubbish... I did go to the gym on a Sat and went running one night in the week - but I just couldn't keep it up. After 6 months of doing these activities I had to stop. It just wasn't worth the 2/3 days of complete and utter exhaustion and pain afterwards.
I'm in that state constantly now - even with no real exercise other than walking
Hope you get some good tips on how to combat it x
Some of the ladies on this forum have felt less fatigued after excision of their endometriosis via laparosopic surgery.
I have found that nothing helps my fatigue and i have every hope that my imminent surgery will do the trick 😐
