Does anyone have any tips/tricks to not be so bloody tired all the time? It seems like no matter how much sleep I get I’m always exhausted.

Thank you x

Did you find out your natural cycle? I am more tired during period and needs 12 hours

Other days I manage with 9 or 10 hours + 20min exercises seems to help me sleep better

Others recommendation of B12 is a good idea. If that doesn't help, do you have heavy periods? If so, iron supplements might help even if your iron is apparently in the 'normal' range. I was symptomatic of iron deficiency and they concluded I needed to be at the top of / above 'normal'. It made a big difference to me between bleeds although the blood loss and hormones still left me exhausted for a week a month (I had a hysterectomy last year so thankfully am no longer suffering). I highly recommend spatone liquid iron, although unfortunately it is quite expensive. Alternatively you might try floradix. I hope you find something that helps you.

1) Sleep between 9 and 11 hours per night at least. Find the right sleep routine and ritual (turning off all electronic devices an hour before bed, having a bathroom routine where you brush your teeth, wash, put on PJs and such).

Magnesium and melatonin can be taken if you have trouble sleeping, as well as lots of herbs. Make sure to have a light dinner 3 hours before going to sleep tops.

2) Take supplements. Tiredness could be an indicator of thyroid issues, anemia, lack of vitamin D, lack of selenium, zinc and vitamin B complex. For this reason, take vitamin D and iron if needed and take over-the-counter supplements of selenium, zinc, vitamin B6, folate and vitamin B12 if needed too. You should ask your GP the following blood tests: vitamin D, iron/heamoglobin, vitamin B12 if you don't consume many animal products, TSH, T3 and T4.
