Help! Scared!

Got my lap tomorrow and lost the forms telling what to do and not do such as when to stop eating and drinking so on do scared I'm gunna forget summit and do summit wrong they have to reschedule as waited a long time for this any advice would be much apreciated xxx

I'm not to eat after midnight, can have clear fluids up until 6am, I need to be at the hospital at 7.30. Don't know what time I'm booked in for. Good luck xxxx

Wear comfy clothes, no tight waistbands, mint tea or mint imperials help with the gas pain and take a pillow for your tummy on the journey home, just some things I've gathered from people's advise on here, still waiting for mine! Good luck xx

No fluids or food after 6am in the morning. Definitely comfy clothes - things you can get on easily too, zip tops are great for me so don't have to lift arms over my head to get them on! and don't go back to work until you feel ready. Even after a few lazy days recovering from my last, minute I went back and was on my feet more my stomach would swell - so trousers that fit in the morning, needed unbuttoned by afternoon! Hope all goes well and you get the answers you need xx
