Has anyone ever had vaginal bleeding following a colonoscopy?

I've had deep infiltrating endo for eighteen years, with tissue growing in the pouch of douglas and on the surface of the bowel. I haven't had a period for around four years (since changing from a combined pill to cerazette). However, three days ago I had a colonoscopy to remove a bowel polyp (not endo related) and since then I have had quite heavy vaginal bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes me had a colonoscopy on Tuesday and vaginal bleeding since even though I’m in the menopause. The clinic said it’s unrelated

Has anyone had a sigmoidoscopy for bleeding from the bowel?

Did that help in your diagnosis? Was it endo within the bowel or a separate issue?
