Today’s Update: DEXCOM

This morning (2:30 am), I was woken up by the fixed low alarm going off. The good thing was, it was extremely off from my actual blood sugar (245 mg/dl). When I tried to recalibrate, my receiver refused to accept the new number. The number on the receiver was 45->!

I went back to sleep for a few hours and then got back up at 6:30 am and was able to calibrate at breakfast.

During the day at my job, there was a lot of stress. This happened around 12 noon.

I inserted the new sensor before dinner tonight. So far, so good.😀👍

Good to see you had a spare unit to transfer and that it appears to be normal let's hope it lasts it's duration without any trouble or incidence.

Hi Leah, being woken by an alarm at 2-30am must be irritating so I'm glad that you went back to sleep.

I'm also sorry about all the stress that you had at work as that wasn't fair on you.

Good luck with your new sensor . 👍 😀

Thank you for saying that, Hidden . I’m thinking the stress may have caught up with the numbers, but not sure yet. The number before bed last night was 301 mg/dl and this morning was 84 mg/dl before breakfast today.

I'm not surprised, as stress is bad for us. So I hope that you're OK today.
