Health Bulletin with LWM Diet Plan On

Hi,

In continuation with my previous post after having started LWM, I am posting few more details as asked by Mr.George and other member.

Day Four (10-10-2013):

1. Jogging 20mins.

2. One table spoon of methi powder with water on empty stomuch.

3. After 30mins Green Tea.

4. After 30mins LWM (75gram) with 100gm Curd.

5. Lunch 2 rotis + 1 Cup Rice Pulao + 1 Cup Cabbage-Moong Dal Fry + 1 Cup Raitha (Watery) + 1/2 Cup Vegetable

Sambar (Took only Vegetables from Sambar :)).

6. Evening 1 Yellow Apple with Skin.

7. Green Tea.

8. Light Walk for 15mins.

9. LWM (75gram) with 1/2 Cup of Broad bean Curry (Chikkudu kaya in telugu) + 1 TBSP of Sesame tomato chutney.

Day Five (11-10-2013):

1. Running for 15mins.

2. One table spoon of methi powder with water on empty stomuch.

3. After 30mins Green Tea.

4. After 30mins LWM (75gram) with 100gm Curd.

5. Lunch 2 rotis + 1 Cup Rice + Chicken Curry (75 gram Chicken) + 1 Server of Vegetable Manchurian + 1/2 Cup

Sambar + 75gram Curd.

6. Evening 1 Yellow Apple with Skin.

7. Green Tea.

8. Light Walk for 15mins.

9. LWM (75gram) with 1/2 Cup of Brinjal Curry + 1/2 TBSP of Sesame tomato chutney.

Mr. George, I am using 75gram of LWM. On the first day I used around 120gram of LWM. But after your suggestion of 1 gram per 1Kg of body weight, I reduced it to 75gram. My body weight is 66Kg now. Would you suggest to use 66grams of LWM for me?

As asked by one of the forum members, I am posting sugar levels for the last three days + before starting LWM diet supplement.

06-10-2013 (Lab Test):

FBS: 104 (at 7.30am). PLBS: 113 (at 11.30am after two hours of FBS). HbA1C: 10.5 (one month back it was 12.3)

The following readings are after starting LWM diet supplement

09-10-2013 (Gluco Meter):

FBS: 105 (at 6:30am). PLBS: 124 (at 11am after two hours of FBS).

10-10-2013 (Gluco Meter):

FBS: 88 (at 7:00am). PLBS1: 140 (at 3.15pm two hours after lunch). *PLBS2: 114 (at 4.15pm after 3 hours of lunch) -- *It was a bit tense situation at the time of testing. Hence, I wanted to confirm, whether the high value was due to tension. That is why, I did PLBS2.

11-10-2013 (Gluco Meter):

FBS: 83 (at 7:00am). PLBS1: 133 (at 2.20pm one hour after lunch). PLBS2: 108(at 3.20pm after 2 hours of lunch).

Now my next testing will be after 5 days.

Mr.swamyonline,kindly let me know the consistancy of the long wheat after cooking,whether semisolid or watery.

As mentioned in method of preparation of LWM food supplement by Mr.George, if you take 1Cup of Long Wheat then take 6Cups of pre-boiled water. As per the timings suggested by him, you will get the consistency that is required. In my case, it is neither completely liquid nor solid. It should by easily chewable and if required you can grind it.

Looking at your BS readings, you don't seem to have any diabetes. Reduce the medicines and see if you are on the way to a real cure. All the best.

Today (12.10.2013) I consulted doctor. He himself has reduced medicine from 3 tabs to 2 tabs daily (metasens500). Let me see by continuing LWM.

My weight is 61 kg and as per your advice I have to take 61 grams of long wheat per breakfast and dinner is it correct?

I here by request your approximate time of intake of the respected above items along with the each items serial no 2 to 9.

The main reason for the same is my doctors say to diabetics (Including me) as they always need to have some fillers between the Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners.

Hence this request. Hope you will answer me.

Hi bchandrakanth,

First of all, I did not see (or did not pay attention to) the earlier reply from you. I am sorry for that.

Yes, coming to timings of activities, my daily routine goes like this:

1. Get up at around 5.30am - 6.00 am.

2. Brush my teeth while walking (light) on terrace for 5mins.

3. After brushing, I drink 4 glasses of water (around 700ml) on empty stomach.

4. Attend my nature calls and go for running/ walking (or yoga).

5. At around 7.00am ( if I do yoga, I take it after 25-30mins of yoga), I take methi powder with water on

empty stomach and rest for 20mins.

6. At around 8.00am I drink Green Tea without adding any additives (like sugar, honey etc).

7. Everything so far on empty stomach.

8. After taking bath, I eat LWM at around 8.30-8.45am and go to office.

9. Take lunch at around 1.10pm - 1.20pm.

10. Take medicine after 2mins of lunch.

11. Again drink Green Tea at around 6.00pm (these days I stopped taking any fruits or snacks in the

evenings or after breakfasts).

12. At around 8.30pm I take LWM as dinner with side dishes as mentioned earlier.

13. After 2mins of dinner I take medicine.

14. Depending on my mood I may walk for few minutes before going to bed at around 10.30pm.

I think, one need not to follow the same time schedule as i am doing. One has to adjust timings as per his/ her convenience. Sometimes, my schedule also lags or leads by 10mins, here and there.

Please feel free to ask anything in this regard.

Hi Swamy,

Thank you very much for your kind reply.

I was little concern on timing factor and in take of fillers between

1) Breakfast and lunch

2) Lunch and Dinner

3) After Dinner & Bed time

Since I was asked by dietician to take some fillers during the above time as follow's

1) Breakfast and lunch - Butter Milk/Fruit/Green Tea around 11-11.30am

2) Lunch and Dinner - Coffee/Tea with 2 Mari Light Biscuits around 4.30 to 5.30pm

3) After Dinner & Bed time - A glass of MIlk with out Sugar around 10.30pm

My PPBS after b/f is little on higher side swings between 220-260. I never checked my no's after lunch.

Below is my no's & it was a great improvement after I started using LW

12th OCT 2013

HBA1c = is 7.3% as per HPLC Method &

RBS = 243 mg/dl as per Hexokinase -Gold Std Method.

Before using LW my No's were as follow's;

12th Sept 2013

HBA1c = is 8.6% {Method is not mentioned in Report}

RBS = 249 mg/dl {Method is not mentioned in Report}

I have a muscular pain on FOOT/Keens and thighs. Doctors have checked uric acid 5.3 mg/dl. Even then Doctor's suggested to use Inj- Nervigen-p weekly once for 4 days and Tab Nervigen-p 1 per day for 3 months and apply Diafoot cream in night. I have taken already for a month now - no improvements.

I request every one who reads this to advise on

1) is it I have Diabetic nuropathy problem?

2) Using of Tab Nervigen-p will take me out of this pain
