LCHF diet and heart problem

According to modern thinking HbA1c shold not be less than 6 for a heart patient,even if he is diabetic.An lchf diet may sometimes reduce the sugar level below this target.Nobody has experimented with lchf for more than 5or ten years,hence the long term effect on brain and nervous system is yet to be ascertained.

LCHF diet is sufficiently old to prove its efficacy. There are no ill effects on brain and nervous system.

None of the pharma companies test their drugs for that longer period but still are administered to the public.

Rich Food culture which is High Fat is very Old but introduction of Processed carbs in relatively New and which made a impact in recently surge of Heart Problems Sugar Problems in past few decades you see how many people are getting BP and Sugar problems ? even following so called good cholesterol Diet ? cause we never restrict the carbs , HbA1c shouldnt be less then 6 ? infact it should always be under 6 i am HBP and still following LCHF .
