LCHF Diet

Please explain what is LCHF diet. I have diabetes and want to lower my blood sugar which seems to be on the higher side. i am a non -veg so I will be glad to to in details what i should take.

Well, the main reason we don't like repeat links on posts is because it's spam-like behaviour and doesn't add anything to the community discussion.

I don't think it's necessary to be too strict on what users have on their personal profiles, unless it's offensive or dangerous to other members or commercial in nature. Yes, I think that seems like the fairest way to do things. Of course, individual cases may need to be considered sometimes too, but these can be discussed with the users in question before any action is taken.
