Yes, I quit rice and wheat 100%. Happily, I might add Also, all sweets which include mithai, chocolates, icecream, cakes, pastries, biscuits. Missing them, but what has to be done, has to be done. Instead eating more eggs, butter, cheese, nuts, fish, meat and non-starchy vegetables. Doing very well, thank you very much
yes it make difference in the old times peoples use Gharats to grind the whet,do a lot of manual work,easily absorbing the glucose from wheat,now a days problem is no peoples do manual lab our,it has been replaced by machinery,moreover if one has to go to bazzar which is 2kms to and fro either use four wheeler or two wheelers,problem not lies in wheat it lies in utilization of glucose,if you eat diet in fat rich,likely to become obese,all your other organs will be overload,only solution is eat simple diet do lot of manual work,exercise walk on feet to markets all your problems will be addressee.Thanks
Good chart but oats ,barley can be taken. as they have high fiber content So are grams and dals. In fruits grapes are to be avoided. Roasted peanuts and grams are most useful snacks for odd times when you feel hungry..
