In my efforts to optimise the effect of C/L medication and oral supplements, I would like advice on this, to promote positive drug / supplements interactions if possible and to prevent any negative interactions. For example, I am familiar with the interaction carbidopa <> B6, but what is the best time of the day to take it. Also the question whether it is better to take the different supplements before, during or after meals. In addition, my improved night's sleep is sacred to me!
I have a probably quite 'normal' PD regime:
5 x per day
> C/L (IR) with 3.5 hour interval
1 x per day:
> Vitamin B complex every other day interspersed with
- Vitamin B1 (no HDT)
- Vitamin B6 (P5P)
- Folic acid (B9 / B11)
- Vitamin B12
> Vitamin C
> Vitamin D
> R-ALA
> Ginkgo Biloba
> Magnesium
> Melatonin (for sleep regimen)
