clear colonoscopy and pillcam endoscopy

Hi was diagnosed with crohns 4 years ago but have been off medication and in remission for the past 18 months. However i have been having infrequent flares ranging from bms of 3 - 15 per day then back to normal. I had a colonoscopy which came back clear, so i thought every thing ok when i started flaring again, my consultant ordered a capsule endoscopy which has now come back clear, i also have constant pain rhs near the navel, i dont know what is going on and am getting to despair. Can anyone help me please

Emotions can really affect your Crohn’s, so always try to be stress free. Maybe that’s what’s causing you to flare up even though there’s no evidence of it.

One time I got really mad and a few minutes later I started bleeding, it might be the same for you.

Also Crohn’s is a weird disease, you can be completely fine one day, and flare up the next day for no apparent reason, so don’t sweat it and be calm. Everything is going to be ok 😊
