I know I say it every time, but blimey that was hard (hahaha). I nearly fell over my own feet once! However I did the 30 required minutes and ran a little ways on until I got to the road then had to stop because of traffic, walked for about 20 or so seconds and then ran the rest of the way home so I did according to map my run 33 minutes 26 seconds of running. I'm very happy with that. I wore all my new running gear today and I'm pretty sure my beetroot face clashed with the orange of my sweatshirt. But I don't care because I DID IT. Nearly there now. I still can't believe how far the programme has taken me, it just seems like such an impossibility when you look ahead, but it is possible and the programme does work, not always in the time frame of 9 weeks, but hey ho, such is life.
Happy jogging people.
