I did it! I ran for 20 minutes straight without stopping and I also ran around the lake of the park that I run in for the first time too. This programme is amazing!πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—πŸ˜ To go from 8 minutes to 20 minutes is such a mindset thing. But then to go from 60 seconds to 20 minutes is crazy, or would have been before I started this. I now have a running top and jacket as well as my trainers and I might have to invest in a pair of pretty leggings now lol. I'm hooked. I will definitely be running my 5k in April for Kicks Count Charity and then 10k in October for Mcmillan. πŸ–€πŸ’•πŸ˜πŸ€—πŸ˜ŠπŸ€— 20 minutes!!

I am at the same stage as you. Was really dreading the 20 minute run so much so I put it off for a couple of days.

Refocused, mentally struggled in the first couple of minutes but ignored my negative mind and did it.

Such an amazing feeling considering I couldn’t run for 1 minute a few weeks ago.

I’m keen to get out and start week 6.

I’ve signed up to Tough Mudder Half in June which is a major motivation of me.

I refuse to give in and am enjoying the moment x

I’m on w6 r3 tomorrow. I have no idea where the strength will come from but I know I will try my best.

This is fantastic! Go you! I have W5R2 today and then Friday is the big 20 minuter for me too! I still can't believe the number of minutes we are running having huffed & puffed our way through week 1! Get those pretty running tights ordered! x

Well done Claire! I did my 20mins two days ago and feel exactly the same as you! We did it! Yes, When I started to think in 5 weeks I’d be running 20mins I would have laughed..., now look at us!!!
