I did it! I ran for 20 minutes straight without stopping and I also ran around the lake of the park that I run in for the first time too. This programme is amazing!ππ€π To go from 8 minutes to 20 minutes is such a mindset thing. But then to go from 60 seconds to 20 minutes is crazy, or would have been before I started this. I now have a running top and jacket as well as my trainers and I might have to invest in a pair of pretty leggings now lol. I'm hooked. I will definitely be running my 5k in April for Kicks Count Charity and then 10k in October for Mcmillan. π€πππ€ππ€ 20 minutes!!

I am at the same stage as you. Was really dreading the 20 minute run so much so I put it off for a couple of days.
Refocused, mentally struggled in the first couple of minutes but ignored my negative mind and did it.
Such an amazing feeling considering I couldnβt run for 1 minute a few weeks ago.
