well thats my first 30 minute run, yes it was hard but I did itπ’πͺ I am so chuffed I have treated myself to a womens running magazine subscription , my family will be asking who is this woman π
what I have noticed is my breathing and heart rate is steadier and recovery time much quicker than initial runs early in programmewhen I struggled to run 60 seconds
Just 2 runs now to get me over the graduation line, come on vrbs, race you!

Wow! That's great! The finish line is looming. I'm not racing you though! π i will be coming in a few days behind! I even bought my funky Graduation Leggings ready for my last run. I have no intention of ripping them off and throwing them into the air at the moment of graduation though!!!!
if you had suggested to me six months ago I would be running (slowlyπ’) 30 mins and buying running magazines , I would have thought you bonkersπ€£π
Fantastic achievement! The bigger achievement, really, is the improvement in your CV fitness. As I understand it, that's what's going to make a massive difference to your health over the long term.
Yes, not long to graduation now! Then you'll need a new goal...
thanks Pianism, yes once I manage to graduate I will defo need to look for next step , its the structure of this course and the support from all you lovely people on here that has got me through π€π
I was exactly the same! Then felt really nervous the morning of my graduation run π so bizarre how it affects you, whoβd have thought it! Enjoy your next 2 runs π
