I went a wee bit slower today and did another 33 minutes and went 0.1km less then Monday. Still very happy with my 4.82km
I still cannot believe how far this programme has taken me. It truly is amazing to think just 9 weeks ago 1 minute was a real struggle and here I am now 1 run away from getting my graduation badge.
