W5R1 = Amazingly easy run!! My breathing was easy, my legs were slightly tired, but not too bad at all! Very happy, and excited for the next run. Unfortunately one of my toenail was cutting into one of my toes, so I ended up with a sock drenched in blood and my trainer is pretty soaked as well :(

W5R2 = First 8 minutes were extremely easy! Breathing was really easy, not much faster/harder than resting rate. Legs were a little tired. My second 8 minutes run was little harder, I had to push my legs to keep going.

Just W5R3 to go now!! Wish me luck guys!

Eeuw! Yucky socks! Hope your toe is feeling better now.

You're doing really well with week 5 - just remember, slow and steady, and it gets better after half way! :)
