I completed week 2 run 3 on Thursday and thought there was no way that I was ready to do week 3. I would like to thank everyone who commented on my thursday blog telling me to trust the programme. I decided to give it a go and if it was too much then I would just repeat week 2. Well I am proud to say that I did it! I was mighty glad when Laura told me that the 2nd 3 minute run had finished but was elated that I did it - whoop whoop!!! I never would have thought I could do it! DD was not impressed but I'm not listening to her I'm taking my inspiration from all the posts on this site :) Thanks everyone x

Brilliant! Trust in Laura (unless she tells you to land on your heels, or to count your breaths!) - this programme really does work.

3 months ago I had trouble running 60 seconds - today I did my first parkrun 5k, and ran all of it (except where it was so muddy I'd have fallen over!) - 46 minutes running!!! Slow and steady did me proud.

You can do it too!

That's brilliant. Would love to do a 5K at some point but I'm just focusing on the week ahead. Thanks.

Well done you, you are at exactly the same point as me and I felt exactly like you did beforehand!

When I was getting to the end of the second 3 minute run I was saying in my head "Come on Laura!! Where are you Laura?!"

By the way have you seen how scary week 4 looks ;o)

Well done, stick with the programme it does work. Just take each week as it comes, in a couple of weeks you'll look back on this week and think how easy it was.

Well done and congratulations. I feel exactly how you did after week 2 which I have just completed. I start week 3 on Monday and I hope I have the same success you have. Thanks for your blog it is so inspiring and encouraging to hear about others completing their way through the program. All the best for the rest of the week and beyond.
