Did week 9 run 3 this morning in the rain. Made it although I was on a different route as I'm not home and was almost caught out by a hill. Did a very slow jog but managed to avoid walking so it counts! Not at 5 km yet but did manage 4.6 km which I gather from other posts is respectable at this stage. Plan to do at least 2 or 3 weeks at 30 mins before extending to a 5 km distance, if I can discipline myself. Am injury free and want to keep it that way.I have gathered that slow and steady is the way forward though I will try a Park Run in a couple of weeks if all goes well. A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has helped me on the way. I will now re-read.the C25K guidance to make sure I haven't developed any bad habits. Thanks again
