Congrats... we are on the same run... However, I just completed the same run, W3R1, but struggled tremendously, my leg cramped up. Unfortunately I think I did too much walking on my two days off since I finished W2. But onwards I go... I will leave two days rest this time.
I suffered with bad cramps on last day of week 2! So I have done more stretching which has helped a lot! We will both get there I have faith in us both completing week 3 with no problems! So good luck keep me posted
