Week 1 Run 2

I meant to post last night after finishing run 2 of week 1 but I was on such a high I forgot!

I want to thank you all for your kind comments and support after my first post on Monday, you definitely gave a boost to my motivation!

I've spent nearly all my time since run 1 looking forward to doing it all again on Wednesday and I enjoyed that second session so much. I can't believe what a difference it makes to my mood and I practically bounced all the way to the train station this morning.

What a fabulous journey I've begun and having you guys to share it with is even better! :-)

It's the little things that really pull you up isn't? Looking forward to exercise, being in such a good mood, running upstairs without puffing, jeans a little looser and of course the wonderful support on here from others who know just how big a deal this is. I came in last night and said 'Whoo hoo, my first 30 minutes solid' to my other half and all I got was a mumbled 'very good' and his eyes returned to the telly. I'm not moaning, I just know he doesn't get it.

Keep it up, you'll have runs where you struggle but the good runs are more than worth the effort!
