Looked for a new route to attempt my second run as the first one was a bit all over the place, mainly trying to avoid main roads etc! So decided to use the local football field & I actually finished this run!! Plus an extra 2 minutes to make up for what I missed on run 1! Really proud of myself for going out and trying it again I now feel even more motivated to do the next run so I can finish week 1! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏼 the advice & support from everyone on here after my last run was really helpful!!

It definitely did I think my last run wasn’t planned out very well and I hit a lot of hills! But this time was a lot easier 😊

Hills are good also but maybe not when you're just starting out keep then for later 😊

Well done! I’m like you and I like to avoid main roads, the local park works for me. You are doing so well keep up the good work and remember slow and steady wins the race.

My park is next to a main road πŸ™ˆ I like that the football pitch is tucked away, maybe when I’m a bit more confident I will switch it up and try the park! Good luck in your challenge too! 😊

Couldn’t agree more about avoiding the main roads so my first run today sounded like yours a bit all over the place !! But yes getting bs k out there shows determination well done you !

I found the advice on here really helpful, I chose a different route, ran a little slower then my first attempt & remembered to take a bottle of water this time πŸ™ˆ looking forward to finishing week 1, good luck on your next run! 😊
