..W2R1. I am so so pleased. As per my question on the board I was feeling a bit low in confidence and self belief but thanks to you guys on here I just thought I'd go for it and completed the whole run. You're all so right - the programme seems to just push you enough even when you think you can't do it.
I was so anxious about running today and actually didn't sleep very well but it went really well. Found the last run hard but actually thought about finishing and posting on here to say I did it which kept me motivated.
So thanks everyone - you kept me going today

Well done LondonKel, hope I'll be able to say the same on Monday when I start Week 2! Keep going, you're motivating me to really get out there and try, thank you!
Great LondonKel! Inspiring blog ... Thanks. Just stopped drizzly snow/rain here so going to get out soon to do my W2R1 too .... When I saw the weather and considered the extra running time and how I huffed and puffed thru last week, was thinking another days rest wouldn't harm? Nope, I'm outta here - see ya soon!
