I did it! I did it! I did it!

..W2R1. I am so so pleased. As per my question on the board I was feeling a bit low in confidence and self belief but thanks to you guys on here I just thought I'd go for it and completed the whole run. You're all so right - the programme seems to just push you enough even when you think you can't do it.

I was so anxious about running today and actually didn't sleep very well but it went really well. Found the last run hard but actually thought about finishing and posting on here to say I did it which kept me motivated.

So thanks everyone - you kept me going today

  • Whoo Hooo that is excellent well done you. :-) I will be doing my first W2 run on Monday and I will think of you while I do it. :-)

  • Well done fantastic. Every time Laura increased the running time I thought I would never be able to do it but I did and you will too. Keep running :-)

  • Well done LondonKel, hope I'll be able to say the same on Monday when I start Week 2! Keep going, you're motivating me to really get out there and try, thank you! :-)

  • Congrats. Trust the programme if you have any doubts as it will get you through each run.

  • Great LondonKel! Inspiring blog ... Thanks. Just stopped drizzly snow/rain here so going to get out soon to do my W2R1 too .... When I saw the weather and considered the extra running time and how I huffed and puffed thru last week, was thinking another days rest wouldn't harm? Nope, I'm outta here - see ya soon! ;)

  • Well Done LondonKel! I'm going back to W2 at the start of the week after an injury! Look forward to hearing how the rest of W2 goes!

  • Knew you would! Well done. :-)
