I DID IT!!!

I actually did it! This morning I completed C25K! Almost shed a tear when MJ said that’s it 😂 It was a horrible run. Pouring rain and high winds. Just kept telling myself to keep going. No way was I stopping! Thank you so much for the advice people have given me. If it wasn’t for this app I doubt I would have done it.

Anyone just starting out. The runs may seem hard and on some you may feel like giving up (I know I did). But trust the program. Take any advice on board. You can and will do this!!

What an incredible achievement! Not least because, if those were the conditions of W9R3, I'd be inclined to postpone the run until more clement weather arrived.

Achievement enough completing C25K in 'normal' conditions, but to do so in pouring rain and high winds is something else! Way to go.
