I can hardly believe it and am delighted that I completed w9r3 yesterday! Now I won't say it was easy but I did it! I have found the course really good. There have been times where I wanted to stop but what kept me going was the thought of it, for me, being a wasted run if I stopped. Jo kept me on track and I had downloaded some good music which really helped. The fact that I did it all indoors, bar one run, has spurred me on to join a local running group next month. In the meantime I'm going to continue where I left off and try to get a bit faster. I def didn't do 5k!, but I tell you I NEVER thought I'd run for 30 min non-stop. For me, that is my achievement. Everyone on here is doing so well by even having started. Keep up the good work. Now how do I get my hard earned graduation certificate?? π

I did it!!!!
So well done, especially on a treadmill! Running outdoors and with a group will be a whole new experience, I hope you'll enjoy it (I'm quite sure you will!). Just remember to go slow and steady on longer runs but if you want to improve speed, try the podcasts for the C25K+. For your abdge, you just need to write a post on the pinned post "March 2018 Graduate Badges". Click on the link.
