I'm BACK, BABY! W1 Down...

The last blog I wrote was in September...was trying to come back from an ankle stress fracture that happened in June...started up the program in the fall once my doctor cleared me...then mid-way, I got "sandwiched" between caring for my Mom and Mom-in-law, which only let up right before Christmas. Figured I'd wait until January to start the program up proper again.

I am happy to say I completed W1 last week...now, if I can only get started on W2...the weather is freakin COLD!!! Tomorrow's high is only to be 20...we'll see...

Thank goodness I could keep reading the blog posts...thanks, all, for keeping my mind motivated, even when I couldn't get out to run! I just know I want to do this!

Good luck . I don't think I'm ever going to get off week one due to illness and snow and ice, but I'm not giving up

Goodness - this place is full of broken wrists and ankles! (Though I know they aren't all from running.)

May you all be well and running long distances in the not too distant future!
